That's why we take great care with quality checks, even if our methods are sometimes unconventional. We like to be sure.
Indestructible seams
Before putting a new product into production or introducing an improvement, we always make samples and put them through their paces. With leggings, we focus mainly on the seams. In practice, we stretch the leggings in every direction, then apply even more pressure to all the areas where the fabric is stitched together.
Original patterns We design our own patterns that you won't find anywhere else. Every piece is an original with its own distinctive style.
Digital printing We use modern printing techniques for lasting, vibrant colours. The patterns stay vivid even after many washes.
Production We sew our products in the Czech Republic with a focus on quality. Every piece passes through the hands of experienced seamstresses.
Product detailed description
Material
The beanie is made from Nest, a 100 % polyester fabric with a warm brushed reverse. The fabric weighs 200 g/m². The outer knit has a water-repellent finish that lets light drizzle and droplets roll off the surface. Air between the layers retains warmth, and the knit won't pill with everyday wear and resists abrasion.
Fit
The sports beanie has a unisex fit and covers your ears. This means the brushed reverse keeps your ears warm too, whether you're running or heading out for a walk in the autumn and winter months.
The print
The print depicts a garden in bloom: large flowers, tiny blossoms, buds, leaves and herb stems scattered across the beanie in pink, yellow and purple on a black background. It's an original design from UTOPY Studio. The design is sublimated directly into the fibres, making the colour part of them rather than a layer on the surface, so you can't feel the print against your skin and it won't peel or wash out.
Care
Wash at 30 °C without bleach and air dry; don't use a tumble dryer. With this care, the colours stay vibrant through years of wear and washing. The same care applies to our other beanies with original prints, as all current UTOPY beanies are made from Nest.
