That's why we take great care with quality checks, even if our methods are sometimes unconventional. We like to be sure.
Indestructible seams
Before putting a new product into production or introducing an improvement, we always make samples and put them through their paces. With leggings, we focus mainly on the seams. In practice, we stretch the leggings in every direction, then apply even more pressure to all the areas where the fabric is stitched together.
Original patterns We design our own patterns that you won't find anywhere else. Every piece is an original with its own distinctive style.
Digital printing We use modern printing techniques for lasting, vibrant colours. The patterns stay vivid even after many washes.
Production We sew our products in the Czech Republic with a focus on quality. Every piece passes through the hands of experienced seamstresses.
Product detailed description
Material
The headband is made from Glow, a thermal leggings fabric composed of 85 % polyester and 15 % elastane. It is a warp knit with a brushed reverse that feels cosy and warm. The fabric weight is 275 g/m².
Fit
The headband covers your ears comfortably and stays in place without slipping. The elastane gives it stretch so it adapts to the shape of your head, keeping you from having to adjust it as you move.
The print
Aurora is an abstract design of sharp, ragged strokes that blend and overlap across the whole headband in purple, blue and pink. It is an original UTOPY Studio design, and you can discover more prints among our headbands for hair and sport. The design is sublimated directly into the fibres, making the colour part of them rather than a surface layer: you cannot feel the print against your skin, and there is no surface layer to peel or wash off. With the recommended care, the colours stay vibrant even after years of wear and washing.
Care
Wash at 30 °C without bleach. Keep the headband out of the tumble dryer and let it air dry.
