Grey Hive is a honeycomb pattern: a regular hexagonal structure in shades of grey. It's not a statement print, but it's not quite plain either. It sits somewhere in the middle, which is where a lot of outfits like to be. It's for you if you love geometry but not loud colours.

We make these tracksuit bottoms from Nest, our signature performance knit for men's sweatshirts and tracksuit bottoms. It's water-repellent on the outside and soft on the inside. The print stays rich thanks to sublimation in our workshop in Měšice, near Prague.

How to wear Grey Hive

Grey Hive goes with almost anything, so you can pick your top to suit your mood. A white, black or grey men's t-shirt works. A UTOPY sweatshirt (men's UTOPY sweatshirt in the same Nest material) keeps the grey palette consistent. On active days, go for a performance sports t-shirt.

Caring for Grey Hive

Wash inside out at around 30 °C without fabric softener. The sublimated print won't fade with everyday wear, and 30 °C keeps Nest's water-repellent properties intact. Air dry.

Nikki's tip: The grey tones on Nest still look good after the tenth wash. They don't go dull or wear thin. Do skip the fabric softener, though, because it reduces how well the outer side repels water.

Why are there different shades of grey in the print?

The print uses several tones of grey, from lighter through mid to darker. That gives it depth without adding any other colours. From a distance the print looks almost solid. Up close, you can see the geometric structure.
