Men's T-Shirt Prague Storm

Stormy splashes of blue, red and white, with the silhouette of Prague Castle emerging at the centre. Prague Storm is a men's sports t-shirt with a print that brings together the Czech tricolour and the capital's iconic silhouette.

The story behind the print

Prague Storm was created at UTOPY Studio as a tribute to Prague. Dramatic splashes in the Czech tricolour create an energetic backdrop, with the silhouette of Prague Castle and the towers of St Vitus Cathedral worked into the design. The print has a rougher edge than the rest of the Czech collection, deliberately so. Prague is more than a picture-postcard view: it's a city with an atmosphere and rhythm of its own.

Material and production

• Drift performance fabric – polyester microfibre (93 %) with elastane (7 %), in a very fine knit.
• Premium Italian quality – soft to the touch, keeping the print sharp even when stretched.
• Sublimated print applied at 200 °C – the splash design and silhouette stay vivid through hundreds of washes.
• Sewn in our workshop in Měšice near Prague.
• An original print featuring Prague's silhouette, for supporting your team and everyday wear.

When to wear it

Prague Storm works for an ordinary day in the city or a big occasion. A walk through Hradcany or Vinohrady, an evening run along the Vltava, a morning cycle to the other side of the river. Fan events, ice hockey or football matches, sporting events in Prague. And trips abroad, too – Prague's silhouette is a natural conversation starter when you want to show where you're from.

How to style it

The dramatic splash design doesn't need another pattern competing with it, so pair Prague Storm with plain pieces. Black men's shorts or navy men's tracksuit bottoms are a safe choice. Add a cap in a neutral colour. On cooler days, layer a men's sweatshirt in a basic colour over the top.

Care

• Wash inside out at around 30 °C to help the performance fabric retain its properties.
• Skip fabric softener – it coats the fibres and reduces the knit's breathability.
• Air dry; there's no need for a tumble dryer.
• The splash design and castle silhouette retain their contrast – the sublimated print keeps its colour through dozens of washes.
• A tip from Jana in the workshop: During sublimation, we made sure the castle silhouette stayed clear even across the shoulder seam – the Prague design works just as well in M as in 5XL.
