An enamel mug as a gift
An enamel mug is one of those classic gifts with real feeling – not too expensive, not too formal, always useful. It works as:
- A Christmas gift for a colleague, family or partner – paired with a pack of coffee
- A birthday gift with a design the recipient will recognise (fandom, hobby, a shared joke)
- A corporate gift for employees – not anonymous, but not too personal either
- A holiday gift or one for the road – an enamel mug takes up no room in your rucksack and is genuinely practical
Caring for your enamel mug
- Hand wash in lukewarm water – a dishwasher can damage the print over time
- Dry thoroughly after washing – the metal interior can rust if left damp for long
- Not suitable for the microwave (metal body)
- Suitable for hot drinks – metal conducts heat, so hold it by the handle or the rim
A tip from Terka on our socials: A mug with your own design is one of the most rewarding gifts: the recipient uses it every day, so your choice of design effectively shapes their morning ritual for years to come. If you're giving it at a company Christmas party, I recommend pairing "enamel mug + premium coffee or tea in a gift pack". The combination is affordable, yet it looks like something someone put real thought into.
What goes with an enamel mug
An enamel mug is the heart of a gift bundle: add a photo blanket (a café set for home), thermos flask (coffee + a hot drink through the day) or a towel from UTOPY for a themed gift set.
The UTOPY brand promise: We print in Měšice near Prague. Original designs, sublimation printed at 200 °C – colours stay vivid even after dozens of washes. In-stock items ship immediately; everything else is made within 7 days.
