When to choose solid colour over a design
A solid-colour t-shirt is the answer for contrast with bold shorts or a sweatshirt, a minimalist outfit without a pattern, or a quiet lifestyle look with sports functionality. The same Drift knit as our graphic t-shirts, the same sublimated colour, just one solid colour instead of a design.
200 °C sublimation – why even for basics
UTOPY basics are not pre-dyed fabric. They go through the same sublimation at 200 °C in our workshop in Měšice near Prague as our graphic pieces – the colour is chemically bonded into the Drift polyester fibre, not applied as a pigment on top. The result: the colour cannot wash out or fade in the sun, and it lasts as long as the fabric itself. There is only one difference from our graphic pieces – instead of original artwork, you get one solid colour across the entire surface.
Drift fabric
Drift – polyester microfibre (93 %) with elastane (7 %), ~150 g/m². Fine knit, wicks sweat away by capillary action, dries quickly. The t-shirt doesn't stay wet after training.

Outfit combinations
Solid-colour t-shirt + UTOPY graphic shorts = graphic bottom, quiet top. The reverse: solid-colour t-shirt + graphic sweatshirt. For layering: under a basic sweatshirt.
Care
Wash inside out at 30 °C, no fabric softener, no bleach, dry flat, iron on the reverse.
