Exchange and return od goods

If you need to exchange merchandise, write us an email or an SMS with the name and size of the merchandise that you want to exchange along with the number of your order. This way, the desired size of the item is reserved in our system so that it is available for you. Wrap the merchandise up and send it back to us in the original packaging.

If you wish to return or file a complaint about the merchandise, please send the merchandise back to our store in the original packaging along with a filled-out complaint form.
