We are happy to exchange merchandise that doesn’t fit
HOW TO PROCEED WITH EXCHANGING / FILING A COMPLAINT
If you need to exchange merchandise, write us an email or an SMS with the name and size of the merchandise that you want to exchange and the number of your order. This way, the desired size of the item is reserved in our system so that it is available for you. Wrap the merchandise up and send it back to us in the original packaging.
If you wish to return or file a complaint about the merchandise, please send the merchandise back to our store in the original packaging along with a filled-out complaint form.
PROCESS OF RETURNING MERCHANDISE TO US AT OUR STORE FOR EXCHANGING / FILING A COMPAINT OR RETURNING
- Place the unworn merchandise in the original box with labels or gift (if it was part of the package)
- Write on a piece of paper the order number, the reason for returning the merchandise (we would appreciate specifics), and to what bank account we should return your money.
- Properly tape the box, so that it doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
- Send the merchandise back to our address:

- Under no circumstance should you send the merchandise collect on delivery – the merchandise will not be accepted!!!
- After accepting the merchandise, we will examine it and inform you of the date for exchanging. If you want your money returned, please also include the number of the bank account to which the money should be refunded.
